We hereby inform that the Government of Indonesia has officially increased the rate of Value Added Tax (VAT) in stages based on Law Number 7 Year 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) Chapter IV Value Added Tax (PPN), Article 7 Paragraph 1, with the following details:

| 12% | No later than January 1, 2025 |
In relation to the above, effective as of April 1, 2022, Bank SBI Indonesia will begin to apply and take into account the change in the VAT rate.
